I am at a point in my life where I do not have to endure the harsh winters of ChiBeria (Chicago).
My top choices for spending 3 or 4 months are:
1) Todos Santos, B.C.S. Mexico
2) Cartagena, Colombia
3) Medellin, Colombia
4) Panama City, Panama
I have been to all of these locations except for Medellin, Colombia and I am seeking feedback from anyone that has spent quality time in either of these locations.
